It’s ridiculously late.
I apologize.

It said on the exodus intro that we can relate the exodus story with how we first began to know Christ…but my question is is that isn’t it possible as a child of God to go thro what seems like 400 years of slavery and yet have God save them…so I guess what I’m asking is that does the exodus story just apply to the beginning of our salvation\walk with God?
Question>>
pg:140
I thought there were covenants before exodus, so why is the covenant in exodus made to be more important than the others?
On page 142 it says that Exodus is an adventure story par excellence. It lists all of the amazing, awesome things that happened in this book and yet people still doubt the power of the LORD our God?
Some people believe the exodus took place around 1260 B.C. during the reign of Raamses II in Egypt. If this is the case, and I have no reason not to think so, what else was going on during this period? What other major historical events occurred before, after, or at the same time as the Exodus?
(pg. 139-140 “Date and Historical Context”)
In the Leviticus article, it states on page 213, “those who are called to be spiritual leaders, such as priests, bear a heavier responsibility than do the laypeople”… You said once that God has no grandchildren. Is it wrong to assume that the spiritual leaders carried the salvation and holiness for their congregations?..
It say’s that Leviticus outlines how people should live in God’s ideal commonwealth, explaining the practices and the institutional scaffolding that produce God’s intended good society.
what is it talking about when it says it will explain the institutional scaffolding that produce God’s intendede goo society?
We attribute the authorship to Moses normally. Are there any other possible authors besides, Moses or Joshua?
pg 212
“One who is in the ritual state of holiness is not necessarily more personally righteous than a person who is simply clean or unclean”
Please further explain the difference between sin and uncleanliness. Why were those who were unclean made to stay outside of the camp until the sun had gone down?
How do we interpret the rituals and ceremonies in Leviticus
