Tuesday, January 1st, 2008Today, our daughter Hannah gave me a Bible lesson.
Here are her exact, unabridged comments.
I think her Sunday School teacher’s been reading from the Apocrypha.

the hills of Israel
the heavens are God’s
the holy holy kneel
the Israelites called Jesus, he was going to die on the cross
and one day a woman came and she said, Israel is a small place
before Jesus was born, all the animals came to watch Him
Mary & Jophus happily ever after
HOLY BIBLE
Michigan State’s are upon the hills
They hurt his knee
Before they died, they said “Why don’t we have a picnic?”
Good will to men, the end.
the heavens are flowers and balloon
before the heavens were born, the hills are God’s
Before Jesus was born, the night before Christmas.
when He was born, the animals came.
He was on the cross, dying, dying, dying for three days, so lonely.
And happily ever after.

Arcade Fire & Radiohead are obvious choices.
